Room Installation - Video, VR, Sculpture
2021
The exhibition supercut was developed in honor of the last year of Brigitte Kowanz's professorship of the Transmedia Art department at the University of Applied Arts, which she founded in 1997. The starting point for that was the publication "Lightness and Matter" from 2018 which contains student works from the past 20 years.

In my installation readings (5 Screens, 2 Objects, VR) I deal with the special structures and forms of the book and try to think about them further. Within the different videos and animations, the book takes on different roles and is explored through them:
as an independently acting object - or rather subject, as a three-dimensional architecture or as a space and designer of light. Through that, I examine the relationship between the student's works and their representation in the book, as well as the relationship between the class, myself, and the book.
