Fallen from Heaven is a 3D animated short about an unusual way of learning how to play the drum. It is my first animated short and I still feel very connected to it. It opened up so much for me and still reminds me of how much I always liked to work and play around with this media - so I decided to put it back into my portfolio.
In a moment of struggle about finding new ideas, I tried to look back to when I first started making videos and animations - to a time where I didn't think so much about what I was doing do but just did it because it was fun and I wanted to. Out of that thinking process I created a simple "game" where I visit the digital space of this old work to explore it again and look for things that motivated me back then.
